From the Synopsis:

In the first workshop, we will build knowledge and skills regarding Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.). We will explore why these concepts are important to your work, and how you can effectively put J.E.D.I. into practice. The workshop will focus on individual growth, as a necessary foundation for effective organizational work, and provide space to apply learnings to your workplace. You will leave empowered with a deeper understanding of the value of J.E.D.I.

At the second workshop, we will take a deeper look at issues in our region such as gentrification, environmental issues, and what our local communities need. We will discuss inequity in AEC sectors and what solutions and leverage points we can find within the sustainable building industry. You will leave understanding how to own your responsibility and impact.
