Net Zero New Home

This beautiful new home is certified to Earth Advantage's Net Zero Ready and Platinum New Home certifications. Using triple pane windows from Zola, an extremely airtight envelope (0.5 ACH50) a Zehnder heat recovery ventilator and 2" of exterior cork insulation drives the energy usage of this home down to where a future solar array on the garage roof will offset its energy usage to zero. The current garage houses a small kitchen and bedroom and its monthly energy bill exceeds that of the entire main house!
