Project Details
The previous house had a cramped, tired kitchen that had slowly migrated out onto what was at one time an exterior porch. It had sloped floors, no insulation, bad circulation and no room for storage. The client wanted not only an updated kitchen, but to also update the porch area structurally, improve the circulation and access to the backyard, expand and update the dining room and improve comfort and durability by replacing failing siding, adding new triple pane windows and improving the insulation in this part of the home.
