Mau Passive House

This mid-century ranch inspired single family home incorporates universal design for the client's long term goals of sustainability and livablility. This project has met PHIUS+ 2018 and Earth Advantage's Zero Energy Ready certiifications. Among having very low energy bills, this home is exceptionally quiet, very comfortable, has incredibly high levels of indoor air quality (continuously filtered with a HEPA filter), and should last for generations. Ben Valentin designed this certified Passive House in 2018 and was completed mid 2019. We are super proud of this one, and have some really happy clients to show for it!
