Project Details
The Skyling Passive House is breaking ground Spring 2022. This PHIUS certified house designed by Artisan's Group in Olympia WA and built by Birdsmouth will have a whole slew of high performance elements to meet Passive House certification. The roof and wall systems will be panelized from Collective Carpentry, and a Minotair system to control temperature, ventilation, and humidity will be the lungs of the home. This build will also include a SANCO2 heat pump water system, a Zola window package, and many more high performance building materials and products. The collaborations and scope of this project is very exciting and we can't wait to begin this build!
